Senior engineers who ship your product.

TalentFaro designs, builds and runs web, mobile and AI products, from the first prototype to production at scale. Small senior teams, weekly releases, and code you own from day one.

Senior engineers onlyEvery engineer on your project has years of production work behind them.

What we do

One team for the whole product.

Strategy, design, engineering and operations under one roof, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

Web products

SaaS platforms, dashboards, marketplaces and internal tools, built to grow from the first hundred users to the first million.

  • React, Next.js, Astro
  • Node.js, Python, Go APIs
  • Payments, auth, multi-tenant

Mobile apps

Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android, from first TestFlight build through App Store and Google Play review.

  • Swift and Kotlin
  • React Native and Flutter
  • Store releases and updates

AI and LLM features

Assistants, search over your own documents, document extraction and agents that act in your tools, measured against real test sets before launch.

  • RAG and semantic search
  • Agents and tool use
  • Evaluation and cost control

Cloud and DevOps

Infrastructure you can reason about: automated deploys, monitoring that tells you something useful, and a bill that matches your traffic.

  • AWS, GCP, Cloudflare
  • CI/CD and infrastructure as code
  • Observability and on-call

Data and integrations

Pipelines that move data between the systems your business runs on, with clean schemas and jobs that recover by themselves.

  • ETL and scheduled jobs
  • Third-party APIs and webhooks
  • PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Product design

Research, flows and interface design done by people who work alongside the engineers, so what gets designed is what gets built.

  • UX research and flows
  • Design systems in Figma
  • Clickable prototypes

How we work

A clear path from idea to launch.

You always know what is being built, what it costs and when it ships.

  1. 01

    Discover 1–2 weeks

We meet your team and users, map the problem, and agree on what success looks like. You leave with a scope, a plan and a fixed estimate for the first release.

  2. 02

    Design 1–3 weeks

Flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype, tested with real users before a line of production code is written.

  3. 03

    Build 2-week sprints

Short sprints, a working demo every week and a staging link you can share. You talk to the engineers directly, not through a chain of managers.

  4. 04

    Launch Release week

Load testing, security review, store submissions and a rollout plan. We stay on hand through launch day and the week after.

  5. 05

    Run and grow Ongoing

Monitoring, fixes and new features on a monthly plan, or a clean handover to your own team with docs and recorded walkthroughs.

Ways to work together

Fixed-scope project

Best forA clear first release, a launch date and a budget to match.

  • Fixed price per milestone
  • Discovery included
  • Typical length: 6–16 weeks

What we build

Projects we are set up for.

The kinds of engagement we take on most often, with the team and time they usually need.

Startup

From idea to MVP

A founder with a validated idea needs a first version in users’ hands. We scope it with them, design the core flows and ship a web app with payments, analytics and an admin panel.

Timeline
8–12 weeks
AI

An assistant over company documents

Support and sales teams lose time searching manuals, tickets and contracts. We build a chat assistant that answers from those sources, cites them, and is tested against real questions before launch.

Timeline
6–10 weeks
Mobile

Rebuilding an aging app

An app with poor ratings and a codebase nobody wants to touch. We rebuild it screen by screen while the old one keeps working, then switch users over in a staged rollout.

Enterprise

Modernizing a legacy system

A business-critical system on old tech holds the roadmap back. We put tests around it, move it piece by piece to a modern stack and cloud, and keep it running throughout.

Why TalentFaro

The agency we wanted to hire.

A few rules we hold ourselves to on every project.

01

Small teams, senior people

Two to five people who have shipped production software before. No juniors learning on your budget, no layers of account managers.

02

Straight answers

If something will take longer or cost more, you hear it from us early, along with the options. Estimates come with the assumptions behind them.

03

Built to hand over

Readable code, tests, docs and infrastructure as code, so your next engineer, ours or yours, can pick it up on day one.

04

Product thinking

We ask why before we ask how. Sometimes the best feature is the one we talk you out of building.

Technology

Proven tools, chosen for your problem.

We pick boring, well-supported technology unless there is a good reason not to.

FAQ

Questions clients ask first.

Something else on your mind? Email us.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we give a fixed estimate after a short discovery. Most first releases land between six and sixteen weeks of work. Tell us your budget on the first call and we will say honestly what it can buy.

How fast can you start?

Usually within two weeks of signing. Discovery can often start the week after our first call.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code lives in your repositories and cloud accounts from the first day, and all IP transfers to you as it is paid for.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we see anything confidential. Send yours or we can send ours.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a short paid audit of the code, infrastructure and open issues, then give you a written plan before taking on any feature work.

How do we communicate?

A shared Slack or Teams channel, your issue tracker, a weekly demo and a short written update every Friday. You can always talk to the engineer doing the work.

Tell us what you are building.

A short note is enough. We will reply with a few questions, then set up a 30-minute call to talk it through. No cost and no obligation.

  • 1You tell us about the product and your timeline.
  • 2We meet on a call and ask the hard questions.
  • 3You get a written proposal with scope, team and price.
